New HAEUSLER Capacity Arriving October 2026
Harvey Brothers Inc. is expanding our Cincinnati plate-rolling capabilities with a HAEUSLER VRM-hy 3100-370 hydraulic four-roll plate-bending machine scheduled to arrive in October 2026. Engineered for accurate, repeatable forming, this advanced system will help us complete demanding plate-rolling projects with greater control and production efficiency. We are now reviewing drawings and discussing upcoming projects with manufacturers, fabricators, contractors and industrial customers nationwide.
Built For Demanding Plate-Rolling Projects
The HAEUSLER VRM-hy 3100-370 uses four-roll technology with linearly adjustable side rolls. During forming, the plate remains securely clamped between the upper and lower rolls, helping reduce unnecessary handling while improving control during alignment, pre-bending and rolling.
Display the following specifications in clean icon boxes:
- Plate widths up to approximately 10 feet
- Nominal full-width rounding capacity of 55 mm, or approximately 2.17 inches, under specified mild-steel conditions
- Pre-bending, cylindrical rolling and cylinder segments
- Continuous cone bending and press forming
- Calibration of welded cylindrical components
- Two driven rolls with automatic speed compensation
- Modern HAEUSLER BENDtronic control system
- Hardened, high-alloy rolls for demanding applications
Machine capacity varies according to material grade, yield strength, plate width, thickness, desired diameter, forming method and tolerance requirements. All projects are subject to drawing and specification review.
